File Submission Guidelines
To ensure smooth and efficient printing, please follow these guidelines when submitting your 3D files:
Supported File Formats: We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files.
Model Preparation:
Resolution: Ensure your model is set to a high enough resolution for the desired detail (recommended: 0.2 mm layer height).
Wall Thickness: Models should have a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm to ensure stability during printing.
Scale: Confirm the model dimensions before submission to avoid scaling issues during printing.
