1. 3D Printing Costs

Printing Time:

• $10 per hour
  This base rate covers the time it takes to print your design using our state-of-the-art Bambu Lab P1P printer. The printing time varies based on the size, resolution, and complexity of the model.

2. Material Costs

We offer a variety of materials to meet different project requirements:

• Standard Filaments:

  • PLA, ABS, PETG: $0.10 per gram
    Ideal for general-purpose prints, prototypes, and durable parts.

• Specialty Filaments:

  • Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Flexible Filaments: $0.20 per gram
    Used for parts requiring extra strength, flexibility, or heat resistance.

3. Design Assistance

If you need help preparing your file or creating a design from scratch, we offer two levels of design assistance:

• Basic Design Assistance:

  • $30 per hour
    Includes minor adjustments, file repairs, and basic optimization for 3D printing.

• Advanced Design Assistance:

  • $50 per hour
    Covers complex modifications, full design creation from scratch, or intricate optimization for more detailed projects.

4. Complexity Factors

The complexity of your design may affect printing time and pricing. Here’s how we define complexity levels:

• Simple Designs:

  • No additional charge
    Basic shapes with minimal supports or overhangs.

• Moderate Designs:

  • +$5 per hour
    Designs with some overhangs, moderate supports, or medium detail.

• Complex Designs:

  • +$10 per hour
    Highly intricate structures, significant overhangs, or multiple components requiring detailed supports.

5. Post-Processing Services

We offer additional post-processing options to take your 3D prints to the next level. These services enhance the final product and ensure it’s ready for immediate use or display.

• Support Removal: $5 per part

• Sanding: $10 per part

• Painting: Custom Quote (based on size and color requirements)

6. Bulk Order Discounts

For larger projects, we offer tiered discounts to make high-volume orders more affordable:

• 20-49 Parts: 10% discount

• 50-99 Parts: 15% discount

• 100+ Parts: 20% discount
